We attend to the needs of our employees, providing them with breastfeeding rooms, counseling services, physical and mental health measures for employees and relaxation massage service.
In order to support and enable new mothers to continue breastfeeding as they return to work after childbirth, we specially provide new mothers with space and useful facilities in the breastfeeding room to allow them to enjoy a private and comfortable environment for breastfeeding. Our attentiveness has also earned the “Excellent Breastfeeding Room” recognition of the Public Health Department, New Taipei City Government.

occupational health and safety act, we will implement the four big projects to establish a
reassuring, safe and professional environment.
- Health Examination & Health Promotion
The company regards all employees as family members and attaches a great deal of importance to the well-being of all employees, having arranged health check-ups with designated medical institutions every two years and granting leaves of absence to employees for their health check-ups, to jointly promote workplace wellness.
Besides conducting regular health check-ups that are better than required by the Occupational Safety and Health Act, we also hold irregular health promotion activities and daily health exercise activities.
- Family Care
Emergency relief funds and emergency salary advances are offered, as well as the establishment of a day care center to take care of our employees’ children, to enable colleagues to work without worrying.
