A.Friendly work environment
104 cherishes diversity and respects individual differences. Thus the company is devoted to provide a professional and dignified work environment to assure that employees do not suffer any discrimination or harassment.
- We emphasize the value of “client orientation” so that nobody can discriminate or treat clients differently due to his/her skin color, race, gender, age, religion or other factors. Neglecting a client because of a smaller transaction amount is not allowed.

- In order to prevent sexual harassment incidents and promote gender equality in the work environment, our employees are forbidden from the following behaviors:

(2) Any inappropriate, unpleasant and offending language, physical touching or requirements which is related to sex
(3) Rewarding based on sexual behavior or anything related to sex
(4) Use any threatening or punishing method to require a sexual relationship or anything related to sex
(5) Rape or sexual attack
(6) Present pictures or text that implies sex or sexual temptation
(7) Wearing clothes in the work environment that may be a sexual temptation towards colleagues or clients or make them feel uncomfortable
(8) Any harassment, discrimination or threatening behavior against superiors, staff, colleagues or clients due to their race, gender identification or presentation, skin color, beliefs, religion, nationality, age, physical condition, marital status, sexuality, family history, military history and financial condition etc.
(9) Employees are not allowed to convey any message containing sexual signification or insult, defamatory or abusive signification or any harassing, insulting and indecent images, texts or illegal publications through company’s emails or other media.
(10) Employees encountering any abovementioned situation are encouraged to file complaints following the communication channels.
B. Safe work environment
104 attaches great importance to the health and safety of employees in the workplace. 104 ensures the compliance of machines and equipment purchased with safety requirements through the procurement process and install fire-fighting facilities are installed in the overall operating environment;in addition, the company also organizes training courses on the safety in the workplace for new employeesand promotesamong all employeesthe safety in the workplace, operation of fire-fighting facilities, and the route of escape to remind employees of their personal safety at work.We also encourage our staff to attend emergency personnel training courses arranged by the company. The company has also assigned employees to deal with unexpected incidents.
As for those employees who get injured during the work process or on the way to or out from the office, the HR staff will clarify the situation and claim insurance reimbursement for the injured ones. We intend to keep our employees free of injuries.
AED→ Automated External Defibrillator
The automated external defibrillator (AED) is called a dummy taser. AED is a light, portable and easy to operate automated external defibrillator designed for non-medical personnel to apply to cardiac arrest emergency first aid.
C. Work-life balance
104 respects its employees’ spiritual and physical health and the company does not force employees to overwork. Any overtime hours are compensated either by makeup days off or overtime payment according to the law. Before the amendment of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, our company already provided a health check once every two years. Moreover, we provide daily health gymnasium, stress release courses, health lectures and a weekly stress release massage service as well as psychological consultation in order to assist our employees to face and to deal with stress and emotional issues with the right method, so that they can have a balanced life.
D.Established the Health Center in 2015 to Build a Healthy Workplace
104 established the Health Center in July 2015 to manage and promote the health of all employees and build a healthy workplace. The Health Center is equipped with sphygmomanometers, thermometer, masks, and wound dressings and provides services like health consultation and simple wound dressing. Nurses strictly abide by the laws and regulations on the prohibition of medication to avoid any damage to the health due to delays of medical treatment.
E. Established the Cradle of Hope - Baby Care Center
With the change in the family structure and the increase in dual-earner households, both professional women and men have to bear the responsibility of family care. 104 has long cooperated with contracted childcare centers nearby to help employees take care of their children. In 2015, the Cradle of Hope - Baby Care Center was established at Xindian Office.
The Cradle of Hope - Baby Care Center was established in August 2015 to provide care services for babies aged 0~3. Benefiting by the employee benefit policy, employees enjoy 20%~40% off on the monthly childcare fee; in addition, the delayed childcare fee is increased to encourage employees to get off work on time and facilitate life-work balance.
